ASCENT

Actualizing Entelechy by
Creating in the World

Intention

Leaders learn how to connect with the true self, identify inner purpose and personal entelechy, develop a Living Vision of how those are to be expressed through creation in their world, and embark on the journey of creation in tight cohorts of four. With this process as a living, evolving modality, they discover and integrate key tools and principles that help them free themselves from self-limiting beliefs, upper-limit stories, and self-constructed polarities of possibility. Every step of the way their facilitator is with them, applying years of experience coaching dozens of high-impact leaders on the same ascent. The goal of the engagement is deep progress in the actual experiential achievement of the Living Vision

Structure

During a period of eight months, Ascent cohorts gather in a common session with an HEI facilitator every two weeks for 2.5 hours.

Each participant, using the tools developed by HEI, goes through a process of discovering and connecting with true self, inner purpose and personal entelechy. From this, a Living Vision of one’s entelechy is generated to guide all the subsequent work and creation.

The first 30 minutes of each session is devoted to the understanding of a HEI principle that is key to the actualization of one’s entelechy . In alternating sessions, this is done through both interactive processes and through active case-study discussions with HEI Guest Faculty (a high-impact business leader) who have used the principle as a key element in the creation of their own real-world visions and business endeavors.

The remaining two hours are dedicated to advancing each cohort member’s process— where they are in their creation, what may be coming up for them, the identification and transcending of limiting thought and beliefs, and what the next aligned inner and outer actions can be. The cohort also meets for a combined two hours (timing up to them) during the alternate week to be in service to each other’s progress through the relentless reflection of the limitlessness of each other’s true selves and agreements of accountability they have made with each other.
